Welcome to High Hills Tours and Travels! We are delighted to offer you our exceptional travel services. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:


Booking Policy:

Reservation and Advance Payment:
  1. A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a 40% advance payment of the total tour package cost.
  2. The advance payment is required to secure your booking and reserve the requested services, accommodations, and transportation for your chosen itinerary.

  4. Balance Payment:

      • The remaining 60% of the total tour package cost must be paid no later than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
      • Failure to make the balance payment within the stipulated time frame may result in the cancellation of your booking, and the advance payment will be forfeited as per our cancellation policy.
  5. Payment Methods:

    • We accept payments via bank transfers, credit cards, and online payment platforms. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
  6. Booking Confirmation:

    • Upon receiving the advance payment, we will send you a booking confirmation along with a detailed itinerary, accommodation information, and other relevant details for your trip.
  7. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
    • Cancellation charges are as follows:
      • More than 30 days before departure: 20% of total tour package cost.
      • 15 to 30 days before departure: 40% of total tour package cost.
      • 7 to 14 days before departure: 60% of total tour package cost.
      • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total tour package cost.
    • No refunds or rescheduling for No Show bookings.
  8. Refund Process:

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the appropriate cancellation fee.
    • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original booking.
  9. Force Majeure:

    • We are not liable for cancellations or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or flight/train cancellations.

General Terms:

  1. Amendments and Changes:

    • Changes to travel dates, itinerary, or other aspects of the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  2. Travel Insurance:

    • We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events that may lead to trip cancellations.
  3. Liability:

    • High Hills Tours and Travels is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the course of the tour.
  4. Health and Safety:

    • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health and vaccination requirements for their destination.
  5. Documentation:

    • Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any other required documents.
  6. Privacy:

    • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
  7. Governing Law:

    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, India.
